General Terms and Conditions

We regret that tickets cannot be exhanged or money refunded after purchase.

Your statutory rights are not affected. No Cameras - No Recording - Management reserve the right to confiscate offending equipment.
Mobile Phones must be switched off during shows.

Ticket holder assumes all risk of injury and all responsibility for property lost, destruction or theft and releases the promoters from all liability thereafter.

Tickets may not be resold, any violation will render tickets invalid.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admittance.

Clonmel Junction Festival reserves the right to make essential changes to the programme or cast without prior notice.

LATECOMERS MAY NOT BE ADMITTED UNTIL A SUITABLE BREAK AND ADMISSION CANNOT BE ALWAYS GUARANTEED
