Founded in 1982, T. Love are one of Poland’s most successful indie rock groups and have become regular visitors to Ireland in recent years to keep in touch with their Polish fan base now living here and introduce themselves to a new audience. They play full-on high energy rock, with a smattering of reggae and ska, led from the front by the energetic and charismatic lead singer Muniek. The band are currently on a long tour to promote their recent cd “I Hate Rock’n’Roll” which Muniek describes as containing “the essence of the T.Love and himself”. The album is full of gruff, simple rock’n’roll, reggae swing and very personal lyrics. T Love is made up of six musicians; Muniek (vocal), Nazim (bass), Perkoz (guitar), Magilla (piano, guitar), Sidney Polak (drums), Mrecki (piano). The admission includes entry to Dannos Night Club. |
