Kíla are one of the best live music experiences on the Irish circuit today, creating a glorious fusion of traditional Irish with world rhythms and high-energy beats they are a experience not to be missed.  Developed on the streets of Dublin from a busker’s collective Kíla have become one of Ireland's most innovative and creative bands and Ireland foremost world music export playing across the globe.

They have performed at many world festivals . . . Womad in Australia, Reading, Spain and Sicily; Glastonbury Festival; Witness Festival; Siegezt Festival, Budapest; Montreaux Jazz Festival; Stockholm Water Festival; and the Opening Ceremony Special Olympics Ireland 2003.

The street origins of the band and their unique ability to absorb other musical influences are reflected in the music they play.  They are made up of seven musicians fronted by renowned Bodhrán player and singer Rónán Ó Snodaigh. Their line up also includes fiddle, uilleann pipes, Percussion, Drums and electric guitar and bass.
