Dikanda
Dikanda, which in one of the African dialects stands for family, was founded in 1997 in Szczecin, Poland. A passion for the traditional music and hard work lets them create their own style and original sound. Their acoustic songs have been inspired wholly by Oriental culture and Balkan folklore – Macedonian and Romanian. Typical Dikanda style is creation of new words and meanings in composed songs.
Dikanda’s concerts are a unique journey around the music of the world - a spontaneous meeting full of energy, charisma, genuine passion, joy and emotion for the audience as well as the band itself.
